Never called me back after many attempts , never came with the piece that was broken from our Ac … (he said 2 business days , it’s been 2 weeks )
Very unprofessional , at least you could let me know you couldn’t fix it or you can’t !!
Waste of time !!

The past three years we had the same issue with our furnace and called Mike to fixed it every time. Last year he came fixed the same issue, he smelled like booze. That totally throw us off. Well this year we had the same issue with our furnace again. I decided to call somebody else and comes to find out who ever was working on our furnace last, mixed the wires up. I do not recommend worzalla heating and cooling!!!! Clearly he didn’t care about his customers safety!!!!

Installed AC just about five years ago. The compressor went. I notified them of the needed warranty work and got several promises to try to stop by tomorrow.After that they just quit returning my calls. After a week of this I found someone else. was very pleased with install but very disappointed in dervice
