Amazing service . First off - they answer the phone when I called , made an appointment quickly, called me when they could come (which was the same day I called) , they showed up right when they said. Came into my house checked it over and got it fixed without trying to oversell me I things I didn’t need. Definitely would recommend to anyone. And will be using them in the future.
Point Htg and Cooling have been our people since we bought this house over 20 years ago---annual tune ups and general repairs-they never let me down!. This year replacement was needed--our AC was 40 years old and the furnace 23 years old. We went for a high efficiency furnace and a heat pump. Yesterday two of their finest young men installed our new HVAC system. I am incredibly impressed with the knowledge, skill, and work ethic of the professionals that completed the installations. And after only one night I am so far impressed with the comfort in my home. Rob and his team, especially Jesse, went above and beyond. Our full furnace and AC installation from Point Heating and Cooling was phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was working perfectly before they left. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling services.
