My massage started 10 minutes late, and it still ended 50 minutes later, so I lost 10 minutes of what I paid for. The therapist was very good and very kind, but there were some abrupt stops. The hand and foot scrub was definitely not worth an extra $30. I had a gift card and also a $20 promotional gift card from them. They took my gift card first and then only used $5 of the $20 promotional gift card. So now I’m left with a $15 promotional gift card that EXPIRES soon, when, if they would have done it right, I should have a $15 gift card left that DOESN’T expire. That was pretty frustrating. This was my first time here and I was very happy:) Calling to book my appointment was quick and easy! Upon my visit the front desk girls were so kind and had GREAT energy!! In the tranquility room the manager came and offered those who were waiting some water. She was so kind and definitely put me in a relaxing mood. The massage was exactly what my body needed ! Can’t wait to come back!
