I don’t leave reviews as often as I probably should, but when a company really stands out, I take notice—and Environmental definitely did.
Amber and Tyler handled a cleaning service for me this winter and did an excellent job. They also inspected my furnace and water heater venting and recommended I install a carbon monoxide detector due to a potential venting issue. I appreciated that they explained everything clearly without being alarmist.
They suspected the issue may have already been improved when my furnace was recently replaced, which turned out to be the case—but I valued the extra precaution and honesty.

Experience was top notch...very professional and thorough. Started ON TIME! Explained the process at the start and shared before/after pictures to confirm improvement within each vent. Was conscious to keep home clean, even with challenge of snow outside. Will be recommending to family and friends. Nice to get a service worth the $$$.
New home in older condo. Air ducts probably have never been cleaned. Tyler and Amber were here doing a fabulous job!! Customer service was top-notch from my initial phone call, prompt arrival, professional and expertise service, and final explanation of what they did. I would highly recommend ECS to anyone needing their service.
