I had such a great experience here! I actually accidentally showed up at the wrong location and the staff was able to transfer my appointment and info right over and get me in at the same time. Dr Rinde was thorough, professional, kind, and attentive! The staff were all super pleasant and it was one of the less stressful eye exams I’ve had. I’ll absolutely go back!
Wonderful experience at the Pleasant Prairie location. I was a walk in and got an appointment for the same day in about an hour. Everyone was so nice, caring, and helpful. My glasses came in several days ahead of time. The fitting went smoothly and they even did a follow up call a week later. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service. I would definitely recommend the team at AM Pleasant Prairie.
I was on my way to City of Hope Cancer Center in Zion, IL & one of my nose pads fell off my glasses. I looked up the Americans Best in the area==Pleasant Prairie. I stopped in & all were so wonderful. Danielle took care of putting them on for me. What a relief. Thank you
P.S. My original glasses were bought at Americas Best in Milwaukee near South Ridge. I LOVE them also.
