Searching for new glasses can typically be a nightmare but I surprisingly had a wonderful experience this past weekend. Alexandra was amazing!!! She provided excellent customer service, along with some laughs. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of frames. I would definitely recommend visiting this place of business.
I hadn't been for an eye exam or purchased new glasses for several years. My previous eye visit was conducted by an optometrist in town adjacent to where I live, but that person has retired and the ownership of that business has changed hands since then. I had seen tv commercials for America's Best (with that cute owl) in the past and always thought I'd like to check out their services in person when I wanted or needed new eyeglasses. One of their offices opened nearby not too long ago (in Pleasant Prairie WI) so I just went to see what they were like. Had a great experience at this location. I had 2 young ladies help me out through my visits. The assistant manager took her time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. The exam was also fast and professional.
