I made an emergency call to Bill's Plumbing and Heating as our furnace quite suddenly. As a new customer, I was very pleased that Bill sent Heather out immediately. Between her and Mark, and running for a part, they solved our problem. They were friendly, understanding and competent. Excellent service. Jackson came out today for one issue and ended up fixing multiple things. He even took the time to show me where my main water shutoff is which was so kind. He went above and beyond, was professional, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking additional questions. I’m going to save hundreds on my water bill now that my toilet is no longer running, and I can’t express how grateful I am! Thank you so much!

I have used Bill's Plumbing & Heating for years. We had a furnace issue recently. There was someone at our house to look at it within 15 minutes of our call. We have always had quick response whenever we have called.
