I came in looking for help post knee replacement and was so pleased by the services received. They took into account all of my health conditions and set up programs to move me forward. If I couldn’t do something adjustments were made immediately and the workout continued. Great place, wonderful staff who really provide individualized workout plans.
I cannot recommend UFit highly enough. A wonderful facility with professional trainers who tailor your workouts to your needs. So, my bad back acts up much less, I have much more body awareness, more muscle tone, more ability to stretch, and more stamina. Working with a good trainer guarantees the proper form when doing exercise and maximum benefit. Love the place.
