I go to Ardent for one on one personal training with Lexi. Awesome trainer that knows her stuff! Keeps me in shape at 64 and if the body isn’t cooperating on any given day, she’s always willing to adjust my workout to keep me strong and healthy. Great facility with a great staff! Would highly recommend!
This gym has helped me find a rhythm and growth in my fitness journey that I haven’t been able to find before. I thought CrossFit might be too much for me but they scale everything to help you succeed!
