The parts clerk located the part as a piece from a larger kit, but ultimately located it by itself, which saved a lot of money. The clerk could not have been more helpful, and while he was looking, I was asked by two other staff if someone was working with me. When it's becoming so hard to find anything in person and customer service is vanishing, Rundle-Spence delivered. As I told the clerk, I have an old house...I'll be back.“
