Timely estimates and arrival of staff on their Installation date. Area of improvement is the staff could have done a better job of clean up on completion of the project.

I called for an estimate and Steve came out and met with me. We talked about options and colors. He said that they would be calling me when I was on the schedule. About two weeks later I got a call informing me about the date for installation. I was not able to be there when the install happened and I have to admit that I was a little bit nervous about that. I checked everything out later that day and found the new gutters and downspouts looked great! The crew did an awesome job of taking down and disposing of the old, leaking, incorrectly pitched gutters. The new gutters were installed to Perfection! I would not hesitate to recommend Oostburg Seamless Gutters to anyone.

They installed new gutter caps on our existing gutters, we tried to reach out to them multiple times that there is big gaps in the corners so the birds can get in and are making nests. They were quick to take out money but not fix the gaps in the caps so the birds cannot get in. So much for a lifetime warranty..

I called around in the Late Fall of 2022 to no less than 5 gutter companies. Oostburg Seamless was one of them. They called back in a timely manner. The other businesses called back and either put me on a "wait-list" or never called back! Oostburg promised an estimate by a particular date - they delivered. Steve the sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful about product options.We settled upon a gutter style, color and gutter cap system and an intall date was scheduled in December. Again, they delivered as promised.However, due to my own oversight, I failed to communicate specifics as to how I wanted a particular downspout installed. No Problem! Steve dispatched the crew back to install the downspout per my liking - at No Charge!Can't say enough positive about this company!! In this day-in-age of gutter/window/siding swindlers and hustlers, it was a pleasure doing business with this family owned and operated company. I gladly wrote Oostburg Seamless Gutters a check.
