“These folks are great - They always make time to squeeze you in when you have an issue, even if it's after normal hours. Our heat went out on Christmas night and they came out on the 26th which is the same day I had called.

Further, they didn't demand payment up front and instead said they'd just send the bill once they confirm any warranty coverage. Very nice to see local folks taking care of the community first rather than only being concerned with money.
