Our water softener had stopped softening water for about two weeks. We knew it was 20 years old so we were expecting the worst. Sterling Mainz came to our house the next day, inspected and diagnosed the problem, and had it up and working and about 30 minutes. They also explained it is 20 years old, and will need parts replaced. My wife and I appreciate their honesty, their rapport with a customer, and their ability to respond relatively fast.
I needed 4 things done at my home all at once. They worked with my schedule. Showed up on time, fixed everything very fast, kind, courteous & professional. I expected the final bill to be 2X-3X what it was very inexpensive. I am very happy and highly recommend this company. Honest, good, hard working people!
I was working on a plumbing issue and went in for a part I needed. The guy working was fantastic! He knew everything about plumbing. Huge help. I would go back for anything plumbing related!
