“I had several quotes on a roof tear off and replacement, new gutters, soffits, and fascia. Dicks Roofing was the first of my three quotes. Upon initial receipt, I was pleasantly surprised at the quote.

One other quote was comparable to Dick's and another wasn't even in the same ballpark. I was familiar with Dick's as I had spoken to several people who had work done by them and were happy with them.

So, I ultimately decided to use Dick's Roofing. We signed our contract in very late April. Then we needed to pick out shingle color as well as soffits and fascia color. Ultimately, we decided on a black shingle and all white trim.

We were having some tree work done and wanted that complete before the new roof went on. So, I called them and said they could push us back a bit. I definitely didn't want the new roof being put on before our trees overhanging our old roof was done.

I was called by Jimmy maybe a week or two before installation and was given a date of July 6 at 7 am. Some of the crew actually arrived super early about 6:15 am or so. The remainder were there slightly before 7 am.

I spoke with the crew before they started, went over a couple things and they got started right around 7:05 am tearing off the old shingles and replacing plywood that needed to be replaced. The new roof was done at approximately 2.

The crew did a great job of cleaning everything up and left nothing behind. I was very happy with the roof install. I was having soffits, fascia, and gutters done, but that was done by two other teams on separate days.

Ultimately, the roof was completed on Monday, the soffits and fascia were done on Wednesday, and the gutters done on Thursday. I had no real problems with that.

I honestly wasn't completely expecting it to take three days to complete everything, but I understand the steps and it's a large and tedious job.

The bottom line with finished product is this, I am very happy with the work that was performed by Dick's Roofing. Everything looks great, and the teams that came to my home cleaned up well and performed the work as I expected.

Based on my experience I would have no problem recommending Dick's Roofing for your roofing needs.

If I had one complaint it would be communication could have been a little better in some areas. But, other than that, no problems! I'm very happy with everything!“

“Had a structural exterior porch post which needed to be replaced. Super happy with decision to use Attention to Detail for the work as they found many short cuts which our original builder took. New treated post we secured with steel brackets to concrete and roof overhang, and all trim boards screwed in (no air nailing). This resulted in a very rigid structure which I will not have to re-caulk every year from trim movement. Also, discovered that the crew took pictures of the entire process, and texted a link where all of their work could be reviewed.
