He has received all the help that he would need. And they are always willing to respond with the best attitude. 100/100“

The specialists here knew exactly which treatments to use. I’m finally sleeping through the night and walking without discomfort. Truly a godsend.“

2408 4 Mile Rd, Racine“I am currently going to OT at Ascention 4 mile and Douglas. This is a wonderful rehab department. I think Nick OT there is the greatest. Very professional but also warm and friendly. I just wish this clinic had anthor OT cause they sure could use one. I have 5 more sessions left. My OT therapy has helped me to work on getting back to my baseline. I am showing good progress, I should be, I was a working RN at Ascention AllSaints on the inpatient general rehab with Dr Jayaprakash. Dr Jay is a marvelous rehab Dr. He got the ball rolling to get me into therapy. I also had gone to PT which I "graduated" from. These PTs were also exceptional therapists. They put together a wonderful home therapy exercises program for me. I just wish I could remember their names. Nick OT has also given me home exercises. Today he put together 6 exercises that are a "must do" for me to maintain my gains that I have made, as well as to decrease my "adhesive capulitus", basically issues with my shoulders. These exercises for my shoulder/upper extremities really help decrease the pain too. Was told by therapy "joints are made to be moved" and I so agree. I also know that therapy is not " one and done." If I feel I need a "tune up" i just need to get another referral. Doing these exercises are going to become part of my daily plan for wellness. I must not forget the scheduling staff that are great too. Really worked hard and thought through the way to schedule that would work right for me. If you want a rehabilitation center on the north side of Racine, this is the place to go.“

6901 W Edgerton Ave, Greenfield“This building is home to approx. 17 offices. Urgent care, pharmacy, Lab, variety of doctors. I've always found the staff well organized and knowledgeable. The place is clean. You have access to wheelchairs, there is one dinky elevator in the middle ( offices) but if you are having any mobility issues and have an appnt and than go to pharmacy for example you may want to grab a chair. I've gotten there a little late and even security helped me get in the building and providing me a wheelchair to get me to Urgent care to see if they could draw labs since I missed the lab appnt and they were closed. Very accommodating and got what I needed. It's a very nice little clinic with no fuss yet very professional. Some specialties ,, ex. Cardiologist may come there only on Tuesday but will accommodate you at their main office. Check in out,, I'm very pleased.“

“They take very good care of you here. I was injured in a car accident, and they have not only treated my pain, but helped me correct my muscle injuries. Rachel was my PT under Dr. G. Both of them are experts in their careers.“
