I am, and always will be an Aurora patient. I love my doctors and all the staff I've met through the years, mostly all in Milwaukee. The clinics in Racine have been no problem as well, with the exception of the Caledonia clinic. While I stood no more than 20 feet away, I could hear the receptionist and nurse poking fun about the sample I was told to bring in. After making a complaint, I was told that it was not me they were talking about. It most definitely was and had it not been me (which it was), since when is it ok to make fun of anyone with health issues. I have never been so embarrassed in my life and will continue with a written complaint and possibly further steps....read full review

I am having some vision problems and called in January to schedule an appointment with Dr. Daufenbach. Being a new patient, I received an appointment for July. A week before my appointment I received a call from the receptionist informing me that the nurse reviewed my records and decided that I don't need an opthalmologist an optician will do. I has to change my appointment to the optician. She has no clue about thecurrent vision problems I am experiencing. Where do they get off telling me I what need without even talking to me?? They have never seen me before. She said that if my cataracts were bad the optician will refer me. So now I have to pay double if he refers...read full review
