“Wow! I wish we would have called earlier. Michael and the team blew us away with their professionalism, problem-solving, patience, attention to detail and efficiency. The price was extremely fair for the very important, significant work they did, and we will absolutely have them back out for more work when we’re ready to move to the next stage of waterproofing. How wonderful in this day and age to have such a great experience with a business. Communication was also above and beyond and we would HIGHLY recommend you contact Dry Otter for needs. Thank you so very much!”

“Just had a final meeting with Evan, the project manager on my partial roof repair. As with everyone else from Semper Fi with whom I worked, Evan is the epitome of professionalism. He and his crew did a great job.”

“I had a fantastic experience with Kowalske and will absolutely work with them again. We had a third bedroom and bathroom installed in our basement and the process could not have gone smoother. Monica, Aaron and team are total pros and took care of everything, from permits and planning to design and helping me choose fixtures. The bedroom is perfect and has a huge walk in closet with privacy options I never would have thought of. It was easy to track project progress and make payments with their app, and they were very transparent about costs. I was looking to keep overall costs low, so I appreciated the low pressure approach to selections and how Monica showed me where I could save and where it made sense to invest more. The team was open to feedback and responsive when I asked for some changes to the ceiling paint. Honestly I
feel like I lucked out as this was my first major remodel. I wasn’t expecting things to go so smoothly but it helps to work with people who are experts at what they do. Cannot recommend them enough and will absolutely work with them again.”
