In the summer of 2024, we started exploring the idea of our lake home renovation. We really had no idea what we wanted, or how to accomplish it, so we started by interviewing several lake home builders. Unbelievable bathroom renovation! After purchasing a late 1990's home in need of some updating and "deferred maintenance" we took on a fairly major overhaul that involved two bathroom "updates," a kitchen update, flooring replacement, new windows for half the home, and a new roof. There wasn't much in the home that wasn't touched in some way.
