Val (owner) is amazing! I’ve never left her chair without a smile. Whether I had a specific idea in mind, or Val had a new technique she wanted to try, she always nails it. Great conversation, great pricing, always learning. The salon is coming together beautifully, a very comfortable and welcoming environment. You can tell she has passion for her business.
I was on the hunt for a new stylist and I have finally found her. I'm originally from Alabama but have lived here in Wisconsin almost 5 years. I was getting frustrated and was about to give up. I was in Walmart one day and saw a woman with a pixie cut and asked her where she went. She told me Bella Salon. She referred me to Erin. I am very pleased with her, she makes me feel welcome, makes me feel confident, even strikes conversation with me. I have had bad experiences with other other stylist here in town. I give Erin a 5 star and will definitely refer her to someone also.

It was a great experience, I have anxiety and I was nervous to take my daughter to get her hair cut and it was very calm inside the salon, the stylist who worked with my child was nice and friendly. We will definitely be making all of our appointments here next time. :)
