Electrical panel was replaced adding a surge suppressor unit and a generator interlock. Additional circuits and outlets were installed as requested. Many mistakes from the installation 29 years ago were corrected including electrical ground bonding to water and propane systems. A generator outlet was installed and generator extension cord was made. The installation was tested and verified to be working properly. Training for the generator switchover was also completed. Professional and efficient. Our furnace went out and Dan was able to fit us in to his schedule that same day to travel to Oshkosh and fix our furnace. Within minutes he recognized the issue and was on his way to pick up a new part. Came back and quickly replaced the component and our furnace was able to get back up and running. Karen is a nice lady, who really knows her stuff. You can tell she has been in the game a long time, her prices are reasonable, and she got the job done very quickly. (2 days) Although she had mentioned that she would rather not do tax preparation if you own a business. Other than that, I am highly satisfied with her service and I would recommend anyone to go there for tax preparation.
Karla always nails my haircut and balayage highlights and I’m admittedly a picky person when it comes to my hair. She really listens and does a fantastic job at delivering. Also, she’s good fun and her salon is out of her home, the experience is warm and personable. Love love her! My husband recently passed away my daughter has health issues and I have been in the hospital. My driveway hadn't been shoveled nor plowed out all winter so I called Justin at Peterson Lawn Care and Snow Removal and Justin was prompt and did quality work. The staff was very helpful in picking out the right carpet for our stairs and upstairs hallway. They were not pushy, and understanding when we had to change to a lighter color. Matt showed up to take measurements and got us set up for installation right away when the carpet arrived. He did an excellent job on the installation and cleaned up after. Brunch for Easter was delicious and the buffet was very nice, but a 20% automatic gratuity added for over 6 people is absolutely ridiculous when the waitresses do not serve you food or drinks, only seat you and take your plates. Tips are for the customer to decide the quality of service when you actually get service. 10% automatic tip would be acceptable, 20% is ridiculous. 4 stars because of this policy.
