The staff was very helpful in picking out the right carpet for our stairs and upstairs hallway. They were not pushy, and understanding when we had to change to a lighter color. Matt showed up to take measurements and got us set up for installation right away when the carpet arrived. He did an excellent job on the installation and cleaned up after. I just purchased a house and the carpet was in a terrible shape. Someone promised me that I would be taken care of by contacting MK Flooring. Matt was nice enough to fit me in between appointments so I can move in as scheduled. I am beyond excited about the final result! It was a wonderful experience working with Matt and I will definitely use him again for future projects.
