Tom Herbst, the owner, is a SCAM ARTIST! He was paid directly through my insurance a large amount of money for damage done to my house. Not one job was completed and he just disappeared, DO NOT CALL!!!

If I could do a rating of no stars I would. My insurance company brought them in after a fire. They did more damage than they corrected--like boarding windows so the water ran inside the building, used dryers that had been federally recalled, etc. They were told not to remove business paperwork from the building and did. Told me it would be dried and return. They sealed it in plastic bags in cardboard boxes. By the time I got it back, it was moldy papier mache and not readable. Caused me an incredible amount of hassle with the insurance company as they needed legible documentation. Did not get a bill in a timely manner, even though I continuously asked for one. Do NOT work with this company. They ripped me off a lot of money. Thomas Herbst will run off the phone every time you try to collect money that is owed.
