US Dry Cleaners offers excellent service for delicate items and a quick turnaround. Customers appreciate the careful handling of garments, including winter comforters and formal wear. The staff is attentive, even opening doors for clients. They can accommodate urgent requests, ensuring items are ready on the same day. Many clients are happy with the results and plan to return.
I have tried quite a few dry cleaners in the greater Milwaukee area, and this is the only location that I trust. The owner is a remarkably hard worker, and items that have stains are actually marked and treated. The owner is usually there when I pick it up as well and able to discuss it with me afterwards. He is honest with expectations and whether or not he believes something will come out, and in turn worth drycleaning. Items that are still stained are marked to denote that it was not missed. I regularly leave him with very high value garments and am yet to have an issue. I cannot recommend this business enough. My winter comforter, sequined dress & blouse, and other clothes were dry cleaned perfectly. They take extra caution with delicate materials. And they even opened the door for me as I left with two armfuls of items. Will be a repeat customer.
Unfortunately, the dry cleaner and shirt laundry that I had been using for twenty five years permanently closed about a month ago. So, I thought I'd give these guys a try for a bunch of my shirts. They looked great!
