We’ve had several of their employees to our home to fix various things and are always so impressed. Most recently we had Andy at our home for a plumbing concern. He went above and beyond. I can’t recommend Thielmann enough!! So kind and take care of you as soon as they’re able, it’s pretty much always been next day for us!

We had Nick from Thielman out to our new home to review the condition and usability of the boiler and hydronic baseboards we had. He was very professional and efficient and did a great job putting us at ease that things were working as they should. Thank you Nick!

Jacob A was what you want in a tradesman. Over 20 yrs in the experience, nice chap, and fast. We had a bad condenser motor. He came out order up the parts and when they came in installed them the same day. We have AC again.
Cant say enough anout this company from every person who you engage with. Sales, installers, office folks. I dont go anywhere else. They understand customer service. I feel more like family than a customer to be frank.
