Lie to me about the diagnostic process. Initially told me it would cost $253 and I would know everything that's wrong with my Jaguar. Turns out all they did was plug in the computer reader and do the same thing AutoZone did for free. Then try to ask me to pay another $675 just to see what was wrong with the Jaguar. Complete fraud if you ask me and misleading from the very start. You can't tell me that you're going diagnose and tell me everything that's wrong with my Jaguar then switch it up and say now it's going to be almost $800 to do what you initially said would cost $253. I told them before I brought the Jaguar in what the computer said and they being any type of experienced auto mechanic should have known that they would have had to do more labor or tests to find out what was wrong. Absolutely would never bring a car back to this place. If you're hungry though the cookies are fabulous. 😀🍪

I recently had all 4 tires on my 2007 Silverado replaced by the team at Silver Lake Auto's New Berlin location. I was very pleased with the tire selection, range and competence of service, time of completion, professional and friendly service, overall cost and even their helpful and timely shuttle service! I will definitely give them my business again.

Transmission failed for my 2020 F150 10 speed. Eric was able to locate and order another unit within a few days. Throughout the process Eric kept in contact with good and not so good news during the repair. Providing the loaner was key. Without it the total cost for this repair would have skyrocketed for me. Great service, awesome team working with the customer. Hope I never see them again... maybe for a mileage service. Thanks again!

Incredible Service from Start to Finish!
I can't say enough great things about our experience with Silver Lake Auto!
We brought in my daughter’s car, and the team provided a super detailed mechanic's report—complete with pictures, clear explanations, and a priority list of what needed to be fixed first. It was incredibly helpful in understanding the condition of the car and making informed decisions. They also took the time to discuss everything with us, answer all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with the next steps. Ben was especially awesome—knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.
Once the repairs got started, they were completed in just 2 days—super efficient! And here’s the part that really blew us away: we were actually on vacation when the car was ready, but no problem—they sent us a secure payment link AND then dropped the car off in our driveway. Yes, really!
The car is running great now, and I still can’t believe this level of service exists. I’ve already started sharing my experience with friends and family—this is the place to go if you want honesty, great communication, and above-and-beyond service.
