Preferred always does amazing work! Rick has been doing our carpets for a few years now & we always know we are getting the best service, but Rick is such a joy as well. We have dogs and small children so our carpets stink after so long, after Preferred cleans them, our house is fresher than ever! I recommend Preferred to anyone that is looking for a carpet cleaning serivce.

Rick and John (I believe was his name) did a wonderful job with our carpets! Not only were they incredibly friendly, but incredibly thorough as well — continuously checking in with one another regarding each room. Their service was top-notch, and I will continue to use them for future cleanings — highly recommend!
