“My experience was difficult initially, but exceptional at the end. I chose a backsplash tile that was intricate, and learned later hadn't been purchased by anyone previously. The installer that they hired did not do a good job, and it was very disappointing. When I contacted the store, they gladly had a representative visit to look at the work. He was as disappointed as I was, and pledged to make everything right. And they did. They agreed to do the job over again, but explained that I might still not be happy with the result because it was an insanely complex pattern. It's notable that they were no longer going to offer that pattern. They suggested some alternatives, of which I chose one. A different installer was hired, and did a fantastic job. There were no additional charges, there were no complaints by the store, they owned up to the previous job, assured me that they would make it right, and they did - no questions asked. It was difficult, but in the end I couldn't be happier with the way that I was treated.“
