Had New Berlin H&C was here this morning checking on our heater. He was on time, professional, super knowledgeable and friendly! We have used this company for 20 years and have nothing but wonderful service.
Very impressed with New Berlin Heating and Airs professionalism, service, and value. When 25” of water in our basement required us to get a new furnace, New Berlin Heating came out quickly, worked diligently to get the furnace installed quickly based on our mitigation schedule, and came back and serviced it after hours when our air conditioner wasn’t performing as needed. Highly recommend and will use again.
We set an appointment up for maintenence service on our central air unit since they were awesome at our other home. Art was prompt and very professional. He inspected and tested everything to make sure the unit was working and performing as it should. No issues were found. We'll definitely be scheduling another appointment for them to inspect our furnace shortly. I absolutely love this company and their technicians are knowledgeable and provide stellar services. I highly recommend this company ?
