Jeremy and Candice were both great to work with. Informative and responsive throughout our project consisting of replacing our furnace and AC and adding zoning for our lower level renovation. Fair pricing as well.
We had some issues with an air conditioner that we had installed last September. The technicians came to our house about 6 times to try and fix the issues. All of their technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the issues continued. Yesterday, to our surprise, the unit was replaced. No more issues, its so quiet and efficient. When you have a company who goes out of their way for a customer, listens to your concerns, treats their customers with respect, that's a company to do business with!!
I called the company that installed my AC unit six years ago for servicing as it stopped working in the middle of July. They told me it would be seven days before they could cone out. Found New Berlin Air on google, called them, and they were here the next morning.
