Their service is over the top, they go above and beyond to assure you are comfortable, that you feel welcome, and that all of your questions are answered all throughout the process of whatever it is you are having done.
When I went in for my initial consult, I was shown before and after photos of people who were almost the same as myself in terms of height, weight, BMI, and how many C-sections I had previously had. Most of the time you are shown before and after photos and the individual might be much smaller or much larger than yourself and it makes it very hard to imagine how that procedure would look on you. At Zelko Aesthetics, it was so easy to picture how that would turn out for myself because they were comparing me to people whose bodies were extremely similar to mine. I wanted to have a mini tuck without having to be put to sleep. I had the Tickle Tuck procedure done by Dr. Zelko and I was awake through the whole thing. I didn't feel pain and was pretty comfortable throughout the entire process.
In the reception area they make waiting comfortable, and scheduling easy . I love that they give the reminders that they do for appointments. Every person on their staff has been so kind, they make you feel like family from the time you walk in, and beyond the time you are finished with your follow-ups. I did a lot of research on the doctors and their facilities before selecting Dr Zelko to perform my surgery. His expertise, bedside manner, and amazing staff, make him and his facility the place you should definitely go for a consult if you are considering a procedure for yourself.
