I started my weight loss journey back in February of 2023 , I loss a total of 50 lbs by Dec of 2023. I wore these pants last year February!!! Thanks to MKE I am now down 4 pant size.

At first I was nervous going in and admitting I needed help with weight loss but the staff and Dr. Byom made me feel validated and listened to my concerns. I was on the Phentermine program for 3 months and I lost a total of 35 pounds. What motivated me was of course the amount of pounds I was losing but also knowing I had to check in with Dr. Byom, I needed to make sure I was making progress. I stuck to a calorie deficit diet, tracked my calories on myfitnesspal and drank a lot of water, all while still enjoying foods I love in moderation.
