I became a patient of this clinic not by choice, but because my dentist of over 20 years sold her practice to them. At first, all was well, then after my last visit, my hygienist retired. I had a specific appointment set and throughout the years they never made a mistake until this time. My card listed one date and time and just before that date/time I received a text from them confirming my appointment for a week later. At 66 years of age I thought, maybe I was confused; but I wasn't. When I called and asked why they moved my appointment out one week, they said they didn't. They threw the hygienist under the bus and then told me they'd understand if I wanted to find a new dentist. At first I said, of course not, let's keep the appointment. But then after speaking to my wife about this, we realized they didn't actually want our business and didn't care if they lost it. My wife and I are both in the service industry and we were flabbergasted by this attitude. Importantly, the person with whom I had this conversation identified herself as the office manager! We were lucky not to need the specialty procedure with my children. However, one lovely evening as I was fixing dinner, my 2 year old was jumping around and bumped his mouth on the hinge of a dog gate. Yikes. It affected the frenulum on his upper lip. Once I assessed that he didn’t need the ER, my first thought was Dr. Fox’s office. Even though we were not patients AND she was not scheduled to see...read full review
I believe her skill with patients is ok, but she interrupts so bad. I also don't like being put in a chair and being a captive patient and someone trying to sell me stuff. Is this a dentist's office or a retail store? She goes so fast its like slam, bam, next patient please. It's nice to be sent a Christmas card, but then to include offers for reduced procedures to boost her income is rather tacky. Where is your class??? You cantell she is pretty domineering and really doesn't have much time to talk to her patients. I guess I will continue to go to her, but she is not my ideal dentist. She asks a question and then interrupts you as you are trying to explain....read full review
