The service tech name Rob was very professional and polite and patient. He answered all the questions we had even made effort to find out our unit serial number which missed for some reason, it will be easier for the future needs. He recommended adding more freon and cleaning up the unit and checking out everything that makes sure everything was working normally. Job well done. Thank you Rob! Because of him I will definitely do the business with them again and recommend to others!
Pricing was competitive for our new boiler. Installers were excellent. Showed up on time, explained things thoroughly, cleaned up well. No extra charge for unexpected issues. And a bonus—installers were very friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend D&J.
We had our heat exchanger fail during one of the coldest days in February of 2026 and the service tech identified the problem and reviewed our options between the repair or a new system. He was clear and honest and recommended that we speak to sales after he made his recommendation. The salesman was prompt and worked with us to finalize a deal that made sense. The installers started on time and completed both the furnace and the new air conditioner in one day and had the house nice and warm by 7:30 that night. We could not be happier with the install and will send anyone that needs a HVAC work to call Donovan & Jorgenson right away. Thanks again for the great job.
