Well I was surprised to see the various different complaints about this clinic.. I have been coming here for three or four years now and I have no complaints whatsoever... Damaging people are very nice and very friendly and I never have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for any of the doctors.. the doctors are very nice and they listen when I talk... I love this place and feel safe and important

While checking in this morning for my mammogram, Suzyette was checking me in. It appeared that I was a bother for I was interrupting her as she was doing nothing. Four ladies at the front desk and no one else checking in but me. Maybe Aurora needs to review there staffing and cut back on people who are there only to collect a check!

Over 200 dollars for a provider to tell me what I already know so that I can get a prescription for ear infection medication. Healthcare is a scam. I wouldn't go here again.

My 75 old mother went in for a sinus infection as she gets once a year. She does not like medications of any sort but a sinus infection especially at her age can be quite concerning. The doctor on duty this past Saturday tells her she has to exhibit signs for 7 days and would only give her a script for this Tuesday. If you have an infection out of curiosity how does it go away especially if you have sinusitis. Never heard of anything so idiotic in my life. Hey doctor I think you should go back to school. Also why so quick to give a COVID test? A sinus infection is a sinus infection next time listen to your patient and look at their chart. Aurora in my book you have always been the worse system and you still are. Get your stuff together quick thinking COVID COVID COVID. Ugh

I have seen many primary care doctors in my 56 years. Dr. Leah Probst is my current one. I have never met someone so genuine in wanting to help me with any problem. She is amazing! She takes her time to listen and talks to me like a doctor should. They could all learn something from her! Thankyou Dr. Probst for being a caring and thoughtful person.

This review is for a specific Dr. I have always been pleased with the staff at this location.Dr. Richard Basile. Avoid avoid avoid!Firstly, this Dr was assigned to me. I did not chose him! I came to see him with severe chronic Gi pain and was hoping as he is my personal Dr he would be willing to give me some pain meds and iv medicine to help me get through this chronic Gi flare up. He flat out refused to give me the care I currently need and wasn't even willing to speak to me like a human being or even reach out to my amazing in network psychiatrist or therapist to verify that this is what I need for my long term care plan. He also refused to refer me to a different Dr that might be able to help me better. Instead, he treated me like a nut case and pill seeking addict when all I was asking him is to truly join my long term care plan and confirm what I was saying with the rest of my team. He eventually literally got up and left the room. Not okay. Instead I now feel conventional western medicine has utterly failed me and I just have to work with my current team to find a new Dr.

Horrible ! I will never go back. These so called women that are "Doctors" we're extremely rude , judgemental and gossiping about me because I was tired and just woke up when they called me in after waiting forever to be seen and I was sleeping on my Fiance's shoulder. Mind you I'm really sick, that is why I am there to be seen ! It was disgusting the way the 3 doctors & nurses all turned to stare at me with dirty looks. Talking about me ! Rudest thing I've ever experienced being sick at the doctors office. Really they should be looking in the mirror n should judge their selfs! I didn't catch their names but Margaret r Salinas was the doctor who seen me and she didn't help the situation either. Just sick. Women need to empower and help each other not act like that. Smh

GO TO ANY OTHER URGENT CARE!!! You will wait at least 2+ hours at urgent care if there’s just a few people in front of you. If you value your time and you would like to be treated in a timely, respectful manner, go anywhere else. I was also forced to walk outside the building and go around the entire property to enter a different set of doors in 30 degree weather instead of just being shown the way at Auroa.

Arrived at the clinic at 8am on 4/16. Check in was painless and I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. Both Aaron and the 2 nurses who worked with me were pleasant and knowledgeable. Turned out I had build up ear wax. They took their time and made sure I was go to go before letting me leave.Thanks again
