I saw my neighbor across the street having his roof replaced by Nickols roofing. When I asked him what he thought of them and why he chose them, he told me that he knew the job estimator for many years and that he knew that he was a stand up guy and he would get a quality job done at a fair price from him. So I decided to hire them to do mine. From the crew who did the work to the lady that answers the phone, and the job estimator Josh and the owner Steve, everybody was great to work with and super friendly and helpful. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to inspect my roof, attic, and the room where the leak was occurring to get a complete picture of the issue. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and walked me through the most likely causes of the leak without ever making me feel pressured. He was honest, respectful, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. I left feeling confident in his work and his recommendations. We reached out to get a free roof and gutter inspection through Nickols And had a great experience. As a first-time homeowner who did not know anything about when his roof was installed or how the gutters could be set up better, Willie was amazing. We've had other contractors come out for different things where it felt more like a sail pitch and pressure buy something that second. Willie was informative and patient with all my random questions and helped me feel much better of where my roof currently stands. I don't need a roof right now, but when I do I will be calling the team over here just from this experience.
