I hired Keeney Home Services for the second time, because I was extremely satisfied with the work done last fall. They were very professional, courteous, thorough and took pictures of the before, during, and after. They clean up after themselves and that is of huge importance to me. Jake kept me informed throughout the two days of this attic foam install. My daughter and I can tell the difference in temperature already. What a huge difference having this upgrading project complete. I was grateful to pay for this in full today, as I don't like owing anybody anything; also this saves the company unneccessary costs of sending out a billing statement & postage, plus waiting...read full review

We had Keeney Homes services do an energy assessment. We then took their recommendations and had them seal and add insulation, foam insulation, caulking and ventilation pipe insulation in our attic. We realized an immediate improvement! We were also experiencing a condensation problem with our stove vent. After a few years of struggling with a heating company Keeney came out and helped us. They solved our multi year issue in one day! We highly…highly recommend this company. Great to work with, quality work with fantastic results. Something you don’t find in today’s service industry.
