He was the only one that didn't immediately tell me I had to replace my entire tub/shower unit and his quote was thousands less than the rest. THOUSANDS! And when he came and did the work (replaced old narrow pipe with new pipe), he was quick, efficient and honest when the work wasn't as invasive as he quoted; he said it would be cheaper! The salesperson did not pressure us into buying what we didn't need. In fact, talked us into a smaller model, due to our water use. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very reasonably priced. We will be doing all our plumbing business through Leak Squad and Watters plumbing in the future. We have had not so good experience with another plumbing/heating and cooling local business. And continue to have problems with that other business. So, it is priceless (literally) when you can find a well established business with a great reputation such as Leak Squad and Watters Plumbing!“

To say they go above and beyond is an understatement! After they left, a shower head was leaking. Turned out to be a bad carriage gasket. Not anything to do with the work they did. They promptly came back to fix it (on a Friday afternoon, none the less). There service and positive attitude should be commended. I HIGHLY recommend Tim and his team!!!“
