We were so pleased we contracted with them to replace our siding in the spring. They were always on time and completely cleaned up each day. Wow! Wow! We called and they came! After calling and talking with several local companies and being disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm or an outright response of, "No" we called Urban. We are from the area and over the years have seen Urban grow. Urban seemed to be in many places but for some reason we thought Urban was "out of our league" and we would not be able to afford them. We were wrong and if I could have a redo I would call Urban and no one else. Julie and Lisa listened to what we needed and wanted and came back with a solid plan. The Urban team consulted with several people who specialized in all the area's touched when you crack open an older structure. Urban was on time, on budget, on point and the communication was amazing during the process. Urban was honest about costs and expectations. We are confident that we were treated fairly and honestly. I go to Julie and she is fabulous. I really love the products that she uses and that are available. My hair comes out smelling amazing and looking great. I love the atmosphere of the salon. It has a very relaxing spa like feel. They do offer coffee which is great and if you need a little more caffeinated options they are right next to a coffee shop!
I decided to take a chance after hearing quite a number of positive reviews and try it out myself. WeIl I must say I am glad I did! My experience was a good one. Lynn listened to what I was looking for and then proceeded to give me a style that I was picturing but had difficulty explaining. I couldn’t have asked for better. She gave me great insight into maintaining it a little longer to stretch out the time I between visits as well. Thank you again and I will definitely return again!
Robin is great. She has done just about every service for me, including soft perms so my hair would stay nice after I curled it and not go flat. Many many haircuts,coloring highlights over a period of many years. . I highly recommend her. The place is clean seems to be well run.

When my water heater completely failed, Dave got back to me within minutes—on a holiday weekend no less! He listened to my concerns and advised what to do to make it through the next several days until he could fix it. He was transparent with pricing and even advised waiting until past the holiday just to save me the extra fees. Beyond that, his fees were considerably less than these larger corp quotes I was being given. He even offered to pick up the unit himself if the supplier could not get it in time. I definitely didn’t expect that.
Truly, I could not recommend him highly enough, and he will be the first dial for any plumbing related needs going forward. Amazing customer service!

Very pleased with the shed that the Superior Storage Sheds team built for me. I had some odd requests and last minute changes, but Paul and the team handled everything in-stride. Paul was probably the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with, which is extremely important to me.

This is our first time using Seasonal services to Design and landscape our backyard and patio. We were well pleased with the design and professionalism we received from John Henderson. The design was amazing and we did have some issues come up but he solved them completely to our satisfaction without additional cost. The workers were exceptional and very neat and cleaned up every day. Phil and Gustavo were in charge of the day to day operations. We found them easy to communicate with. After the project was complete they didn’t go away but continued to contact us to insure everything was going well. They completely coordinated our water features, plantings, pergola and our hot tub
to a beautiful living space. We found they stand behind what they promise not only now but if something would change in the future. We recommend them highly.

My husband, my 1 year old daughter and I all see Dr. Rocco on a regular basis. I suffer from chronic ear infections and almost cancelled my appointment yesterday due to pain, not knowing if I could handle an adjustment. Dr. Rocco assured me that an adjustment would help my ear pain and I went along with my adjustment. He made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the entire process. On the drive home my pain COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED and the following day I feel almost 100% back to normal. I am in complete shock and amazement at the relief I feel and could not be more grateful. What is usually a week or suffering was only one day thanks to Dr. Rocco. I will forever be a patient and recommend him to everyone I know!

I took my doodle(who has gone here since puppy) in for a bad paw due to him chewing it, due to allergies or sensitivities. He was examined and I was told he has an infected paw. Antibiotics and medicated wipes were prescribed. I get the bill and the antibiotic was $92. I'm disappointed that BVV didn't let me know ahead of time the high cost. The wipes I could have gotten retail for less than half the $30 they cost me. As for the wipes, they should give the client the choice to get them on their own. The total bill was $200. Seems high to me.
Dr. Gamm is wonderful with my reactive dog who does not tolerate vet visits well at all. She is patient, kind, quick, and informative, and the staff goes above and beyond to make the visit safe and anxiety-free for my dog--and for me! I've tried numerous vets and Bay View is the only place I'll take my dog. Grateful for the whole team at Bay View!
I have a small, anxious dog who isn't a fan of being left with other people. Tammie must be a dog whisperer because he doesn't seem too bothered when I leave him with her. She does a wonderful job and is fairly priced for her services. I know Chive is in caring hands when I leave and he always comes home looking so fresh in a little tie. I highly recommend!

Marsha is an amazing massage therapist. Her space is clean, relaxing, and inviting. She knows the body and is extremely knowledgeable. She is detail oriented and takes her time ensuring that she provides relief, relaxation, and restoration to the body. I have now had 2 massages with her and will be returning again in the future.

He is the best, so thorough, caring, helpful, selfless, caring, understanding and a true servant to those who need his help!!
