This is my second time going for an annual exam. They have not disappointed. They have been kind, caring and easy to work with.my husband also goes and has had no issues. He is also difficult to get glasses for but they had just the right ones in stock
My daughter (7yrs) and I saw Dr. Begotka yesterday for annual eye exams. He and the staff are always so friendly and kind. Great experience (for an eye exam) and will continue to bring the family there.
Dr. Nicholas Bowen and the staff at Family Vision treated me like "family". Everyone treated me with care and respect that I never experienced before. A very informative and comprehensive eye exam which was more than I expected. Dr. Bowen explained the procedures for cataract surgery in great detail and gave me options. I left with great expectations for the possibility of not having to wear glasses like I do today.
