Their customer service line is easy navigate, and Connie at the their Madison location is an angel dropped from heaven.
I came in for a repair, and right away she took care of me with no hesitation. One of the screws fell off and my lens fell off. She took it to the back and brought them back to me fixed. I can’t thank her and the team staff for their time and commitment to take care of their clients needs. Thank you Connie and Stanton Optical

Last week I had my first experience with Stanton Optical and my first ever virtual eye exam. I was hesitant/nervous about the exam being virtual (times are changing I suppose), but the manager of this location, Aya, was a fantastic help! She explained every step of the process thoroughly and made my experience extremely comfortable. Aya took wonderful care of me. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she listened to all of my concerns and provided me with many options from vision care to finances. I left my first visit feeling very confident about my exam and purchase, all thanks to Aya's help!

Our family has been going to Stanton for many years, the last 6 years we’ve worked with Connie. She is so awesome, she helps you find the perfect sets of glasses and makes sure they work for you when they are done. When we had issues she fixed them. I highly suggest that you visit Connie at Stanton the next time you need glasses.
