Sonia put my lens back into my frame-not easy with the wire that goes along the bottom. I did not buy the glasses there but was in from out of town and she was very gracious and competent and pleasant. I was on my way to meet my first grandchild and can’t see without my glasses. Sonia saved the day!
One of my computer glasses' nose pad broke off last night so I called Wisconsin Vision on the Eastside this morning, they're near where I live and I drive by their store all the time. Sonia answered the phone and told me to come in and she will fixed it right away. She is friendly, professional, and replaced both my glasses nose pads without charging me within 20 min.When my yearly eye Dr check up comes up this July I might just switch over to see them since they're so close and the front desk people are a lot friendlier than my current eye Dr's office.
