SO happy with my first experience at this location! The drop off/pick up process was very seamless & user friendly. I was worried about my vintage jacket being ruined during the cleaning process, but they took great care & got it done quickly. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Will use this service again!

I've lived near Klinke on Monona Dr for about 12 years. Used them occasionally with average service. Then 3 years ago, started taking dress work shirts regularly. The service really started to decline, and I had 3 shirts ruined. The business reimbursed me without any hassle, so that was nice. There was a lot of employee turnover. I was very close to looking for another cleaner, until about a year ago a new guy started named Tony. He's likely the manager because he's always there. Tony greets you, remembers your name, has a great attitude, and has completely cleaned up this location. Service has improved 100%. I take all of my dry cleaning to Klinke's and they've always done a fantastic job! The staff is very friendly and the prices are great. I would definitely recommend Klinke's!
