We stopped in to see if my daughter's favorite school backpack zipper could be repaired. CeCe was so kind and efficient and told us she could have it fixed that same day before they closed. We were so grateful she was able to help us out so quickly so my daughter is all set for school on Monday! CeCe is definitely an asset to this location and because of her we will definitely return if we are in need of any of the other services they offer.Service: General repairs

My backpack zipper broke that I want to fix right away . I found by website and went there .I found great place.A lady who are there were working somethings else but she stopped her work and took of me right a way.It was a minutes of wonderful work and even she put a piece of stopper for me.She was very generous.great lady!!Service: General repairs

Pleased by the attentiveness of the employees and was pleasantly surprised with the turnaround to repair a few holes I managed to rip in my jacket. I was a bit bummed to see that they went with this as the solution. I get it's probably a tough tech-y material to work with (lightweight Eddie Bauer down jacket) and the holes were about the size of a dime to a nickel with additional damage surrounding, but I didn't expect one giant seam running down the sleeve to cover up the larger and some smaller holes. I suppose this is "you get what you paid for" and this seam cost $20.At least it's just a jacket and the jacket itself wasn't something like a Canada Goose jacket. I'd...read full review
