“We called Design Electric for something minor a few years ago and they were so nice about it that we called them again recently when we needed some major electrical work done -- replacement of a damaged electrical mast on the roof. The electrical work needed to be done before the roofer could start work, but Design Electric was pretty well booked up. So this is in part a shout-out to RJ, who managed to fit our job into their schedule and coordinate with MG&E to get the work done on time for the roofing to start. Off the top of my head, 4 ceiling fans, numerous new outlets, 5 interior light fixture swaps, exterior light replacements, installed shop lighting, kitchen vent hood, bathroom exhaust fans. It's great that each time I can just call him out to do a bunch of work and not have to get 3 estimates every time or worry about over paying for poor work. Dan has helped us figure things out too, sometimes the ideal option isn't the most cost effective and it's good to have options. “If you need knob and tube upgraded to code (or just normal outlets and light switches...), Harmony is the group to work with! They know what they're doing and did a great job replacing our entire house. They are honest and also well priced in comparison to the other quotes we got. They did a nice job overall. My one complaint is that they left a decent amount of scraps from the electrical work done in our basement, but they were very tidy in the rest of our house, so I'm not bothered. I would hire them again for this work in a heartbeat.“
