I had a GFCI that was "out" in the Kitchen, but only 1/2 of the outlets weren't working. So I reset the outlet with the GFCI and still the same problem. I talked with the technician and explained that I needed a service call because I couldn't figure it out. He gives me a friendly suggestion to look for a "hidden" second GFCI, and voila there it is. I reset the 2nd one, and all is well. Point of the story is that they could have just scheduled a service call, but they were friendly enough to help me figure out the problem without me needing to wait (and pay the-stupid-tax for an obvious problem that wasn't really a problem - I won't deny it). Great experience overall! Responsive to both Yelp inquiry and follow-up call. Considering how busy electricians can get in the area, I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to schedule my new outlet install the next day. Electrician was professional and friendly, and he wore a mask during the entire visit. No surprises in the bill. Would definitely hire again!

Excellent Serice, very professional, and an amicable electrician came to my house right on time. A bit of an issue arose with how my light was working, and they helped me adjust the settings. The light works fine now. If I had not been able to fix the problem, they were ready to come by my house again.
