This dentist office is guilty of fraud in billing, bullying, and emotional stress due to the unnecessary financial burden that they've placed on me. For services rendered on 4/19/2024, my bill totaled $5,872.00. After the Dr. McGrath completed the dental work, she walked me into the front office where I was handed an invoice for the dental work charges and told I needed to make payment that day. Dr McGrath offered at 10% discount if payment was made April 19th, 2024 by noon. I've always paid my dental bills after the insurance portion is paid and I receive an invoice. A great dentist and an excellent referral source with an extensive network of other dental professsionals!
Such a great experience seeing Dr. McGrath after not being to the dentist for a few years. Not having dental insurance can be intimidating but they were welcoming and worked with me to ensure I got what I needed for a healthy smile! I would recommend her to all my friends and family.
