Instead of calling, mailing a bill, or contacting me by email… these guys sent a 10 year old $27 bill TO COLLECTIONS. This is a bill I paid 10 years ago AND had to pay again 5 years ago, when they threatened to send it to collections. I’ve paid this bill twice and now it’s on my credit report as delinquent. Think about your credit before using the Wisconsin Health Fund. Your insurance works at other doctor’s offices with more competent billing departments.

Impossible to get a medication approved that there Dr requested due to my health and also 2 other Dr’s have requested. They don’t care about their patients dying from being denied medication that could help me. They don’t support their own providers recommendations.

The place is very difficult to communicate, the call center is the one who wants to be a doctor. To fill the prescription I went through a long process get consent from a call center to get to talk the nurse . It is time to find a new place and not recommend for new patients .
