Had an appointment for an MRI... So I went to the radiology department; located on the ground floor. There I met the friendliest people, soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. Starting with the receptionist Margie, then the MA Faith, the technician that performed the procedure Nicole, and last but definitely not least Ambrose, who helped me down off the table and escorted me to the front. If you have an appt set for earlier in the morning and they call you to reschedule for the afternoon on top of getting an ultrasound due to something being wrong always call and make sure it's set before you drive all the way there. This has happened to me a few times where a nurse calls me back and we set these appts to come in and once I get there then the front desk never seems to know what's going on and they will talk to you like you have no idea what your talking about. They will say sorry your appt was this morning would you like to reschedule for next week? It gets me very upset because I don't have free time as is to get my self in. I have to... read full review

I want to thank Dr. Maqsood A Khan M. D. of West Allis Hospital Physicians Tower for the very excellent care I received on 5/6/24. I was there for an outpatient day surgery procedure. He along with every member of the staff were skilled, cordial, compliant ,professional, conscientious, patient, meticulous, and thorough from start to finish. They put me at ease, and all went well.
