I was in the emergency department with my granddaughter today. Nurse Julie S. And Dr Anna were both super to her. The last few times she was there she left feeling emotionally worse than when she got there. Thank you to both of you!!! Thank you thank you thank you Donna

An urgent care referred me to an emergency room for more imaging. I chose West Allis Memorial because of my assessment of which hospital would likely have the shortest wait times. They checked vitals immediately upon check-in, before even going to the waiting room. Admission time to triage for doctor consultation was reasonable given the modest urgency of my symptoms. The triage medical doctor was friendly and direct when speaking with me and with others. Like with other ERs, the communication after testing with results takes longer than you want. I cannot say enough about the staff and nurses who cared for a family member. There were so many wonderful, caring people working on the 7th floor in the last week+, I cannot name them all. Specifically, I appreciated a CNA named Jasmine whose care and patience was beyond all expectations. But truly every person - the nurses, the CNAs, the housekeeper who came in to santize, and the maintenance staffmember who came to fix the remote were kind, caring, deliberate, detailed, patient, and effective.
