You’ve probably seen all the one star reviews from the past few years - they had me nervous for my appointment. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised!! The person working the front desk and doing the pre-exams was so kind and personable. It was my first time and she explained each process and kept me laughing the whole time. The doctor was also very kind and personable, explaining the processes with me and sharing a lovely conversation to distract me from the discomfort of bright lights. I ended up not needing glasses, but other customers there were purchasing glasses and the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. G and I believe her name is Traci or either Stacy, she's an African American lady were both a delight to do business with. The lady mentioned above that worked in front was kind and patient in helping me pick out the best lenses of my interest. Dr.G is so polite and very calming. Those two made the visit pleasant.

Omg this place, The staff here is amazing !!!!! my appointment went very smooth . This is my first time here and in the past I went to another location and I didn’t feel like my eyes were thoroughly checked , but this place did a very thorough check and I feel like I can see much better because they have better results.. Thank you Stacy you were a fantastic Kahler you were as just extraordinary Crystal and Tiffany made it very very easy being in a new place …the staff here is just charming and I’m definitely going to send my friends and family
