Travis is super knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and communicative. I personally am a worry wart so I ask a lot of questions and for updates and stuff and he was extremely understanding, helpful, efficient, and effective. Definitely recommend!!

When I reached out to other repair shops, no one could replace the outside cover for my laptop. Best buy wanted to send it out for 2 weeks and couldn't tell me when it could be repaired. Found TT LLC online and saw great reviews. Called Travis he looked at it for free and sent me link to order new cover from ebay. When I received new cover brought it over to him Saturday night and got it back Sunday good as new! I need my laptop for work during the week and had zero down time. Very honest, friendly, and affordable. He even checked back with me to make sure it was working OK!
